ad·ven·ture: an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous, experience or activity.

I have a feeling that change is on the horizon, it's a stirring within that I cannot explain. I used to fight change tooth and nail, but now I know that I will come out on the other side with a fresh new perspective, a little wiser, with eyes wide open.

I tend to live outside of my comfort zone often, so when the feeling surfaced it took me by surprise. What else could be out there for me? It reminds me of when my husband's job took us to the great state of Texas, one of our greatest adventures to date! I went a little less than willingly (you can read about that here) and came back 15 months later an entirely different person.

That's the beauty of adventure, you have to take the first step without knowing exactly how or where it will end. You just wake up each day and boldly take life one day at a time, leaning on God for wisdom and guidance.
